Returns/Exchanges

Want to return or exchange an item? No worries - we've all been there before. You can return all clothing for a refund or we can ship you an exchange at no extra cost.

    Shipping

    Do you ship worldwide?

    Yes, we ship orders all over the world!

    How much is shipping?

    All shipping prices are calculated at checkout.

    When will my order be shipped?

    We aim to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday).

    Payment

    Do I have to pay VAT?

    When a package is shipped internationally (outside of the USA), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

    You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Rory Lux does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
