All clothing purchases are valid for exchange within 30 days from the ship date. Items must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. No fur/makeup or deodorant stains/odors accepted!

Please include name and order number so we can locate your info and refund your account.

Please contact us at before shipping the products you are returning so we are properly notified.

If looking to exchange, re-order your preferred style/size - we will refund you as soon as we receive your exchanged item!

To ensure successful delivery, please DOUBLE CHECK that you are sending the package to the above address (no errors/typos).

All items including accessories (hats, patches, phone cases, stickers) and items marked as “final sale” may not be exchanged.

We will refund your account as soon as we receive the exchanged item. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return ship date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. We will notify you via email when your refund has been processed!

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Transit can be unpredictable and we cannot always guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Do I have to pay VAT?

When a package is shipped internationally (outside of the USA), it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

You are responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Rory Lux does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.
